How do you source your spices?

We source directly from small, family-owned farms across India and Sri Lanka. By cutting out the middlemen, we ensure farmers earn 6x the industry standard and you receive the freshest harvest possible.

Are your products organic?

While not all our partner farms hold a formal USDA certification due to high costs, they all practice regenerative, pesticide-free agriculture. We conduct rigorous third-party lab testing for heavy metals and purity on every batch.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days via carbon-neutral shipping partners.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred upon arrival.

What is your return policy?

As we sell perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

How should I store my spices for maximum freshness?

To maintain potency, store your spices in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat (like your stove). Our jars are designed to be airtight, but always ensure the lid is fastened tightly after use.
